TMRW / ISSUE 03 / ARLISSA INTERVIEW

I love a chance to interview new faces whether it be music or fashion related so I jumped at the chance to interview the wonderful Arlissa for Issue 03 of Indie magazine, TMRW. Named as the BBC Sound of 2013 and with a single with Nas already released she is doing incredibly well. TMRW is a great magazine that features not only new faces but the well known in music and fashion On the cover of Issue 03 is Ellie Goulding. Seeing Double

Anna and Sonya Kupriienko are twins from Ukraine that share much more than just a birthday, they share a modelling signing with Select model agency. As a pair they are known as Anna & Sonya K, and they just work so well together. So many photographers out there have played around with the themes of twins and seeing double and with this model duo it is reality. They made their catwalk debut at London Fashion week, September 2012.

Why does Pandemonia get FROW?

As another fashion week passes yet more articles are published about the Front Row debate. It is becoming more and more likely that celebrities are just being payed to attend shows rather than for the love of fashion. With Rihanna reported to getting $100,000 dollars per appearance it's slowly ruining what fashion shows are about. Earlier in the year I started to look into the front row debate and became fascinated with Pandemonia Panacea who is a regular front row icon. Print Magazine or Digital Magazine?

Print or Digital?

Over the past few years one debate that resurfaces from time to time is that of the print vs digital magazine. I have always preferred print magazine as there is just something you get from turning the pages in your hand that just isn't quite the same as the click of a mouse. There is no denying that online magazines are a lot easier to access, and magazines need to adhere to the 21st century, however I now find myself somewhere in the middle. I can't see a day where I would never buy a print magazine, but for now online magazines are working for me. 

However one exception to the rule is Notion Magazine. I have a lot of respect for Notion, however living in the Oxfordshire countryside I can't always get my hands on a copy. What I love about Notion is I can view it online, and even if I don't necessarily read as many of the articles as I would in a print copy, I don't feel like I'm missing out. & what is even better is you save your pennies, for other magazines :) Win win!! Third Floor iPhone/iPad APP!

Third Floor Publication is a magazine/fashion publication that I have been working on over the past couple of months as Features Editor. Today this years iPad/iPhone app was launched and I must say it is very exciting! I don't have an iPad so haven't seen it on there yet but it is looking great on an iPhone.
